What does it cost to work with you?

Our prices are individually tailored to your needs. We generally work with a performance-based commission model. For management positions, we prefer a direct search mandate - this guarantees full commitment on both sides at a lower cost.

For blue-collar positions and/or tight HR budgets, we have designed our Sourcing+ solution, which enables you to recruit your new team member from a fixed fee of just EUR 2,450.

Which candidates do you have in your network / database?

We have a very broad network of candidates ready for you. From career starters to experienced managers and specialists, we have a wide range of profiles for you.

Do you also connect freelancers for individual projects?

In addition to permanent applicants, we also have highly qualified freelancers in our database. So if you are looking for the ideal candidate for a freelance project, don't hesitate to contact us.

How long does it take until I receive suitable candidates?

This depends on the position and the specific requirements. In many cases, we can present you with the first qualified profiles within a few days. As a rule, we fill positions (from award of contract to signing of contract) within 5 weeks (subject to changes in the search mandate, vacation periods, etc.).
