International Sales Manager (Pharma)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Support departments, local units, and the Division Manager in achieving profitable growth and meeting sales goals.
  • Team motivation and development as a junior leader to build robust alliances.
  • Contribute to the implementation of regional business strategies and execute successful sales promotions in diverse markets.
  • Review and fine tune action plans to achieve goals in consultation with the Division Manager.
  • Identify, evaluate and translate new market opportunities into viable business concepts.
  • Strengthen cooperation with local units and stakeholders through short overseas visits to the region.
  • Ensure local units are aware of and actively promote brand USPs and products.
  • Function as a point of contact and liaison between various functional departments and international business partners.
  • Assess, monitor and continuously optimize internal processes to improve cure access, meet customer expectations and ensure economic efficiency.
  • Partial responsibility for annual budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with people and cultures of diverse backgrounds.

Ihr Hintergrund

  • Completed university studies (Master or equivalent) in the fields of pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, biology or business administration, international management or a similar qualification
  • Min. 1 year of experience in sales of pharmaceutical products or nutritional supplements in demanding and dynamically growing markets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ideally other foreign languages (especially Arabic, French, Spanish)
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly (approx. 30% of the time) to the regions (worldwide) as well as flexibility
  • Ability to formulate clear, specific and measurable results
  • Forward thinking and business acumen to approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner
  • Strong intercultural skills and empathy, developed through extended time spent abroad
  • Independent and efficient approach to tasks and strong drive for self-improvement through high level of self-motivation
  • Strong service and sales orientation according to the principle „the customer is king“.
  • Desire to proactively develop personally and be part of a strong team
