Hold a pivotal, multi-disciplinary role for overseeing technical projects such as introducing new manufacturing lines, transitioning technology (like from R&D to specific locations), enhancing processes, liaising with external parties, and transferring between sites for a wide range of GMP products.
Serve as a primary technical advisor in steering our relocation and project management endeavors, integrating both GMP and safety nuances.
Oversee and harmonize various sub-projects, synchronizing diverse project schedules based on resource availability and priority.
Participate in or direct structural design & strategizing within the realm of tech transfers and infrastructural technology deployment.
Oversee our comprehensive project management tools and mentor on-site project leaders using your specialized knowledge.
Collaborate in a matrix-led capacity with a multi-disciplinary team spanning Business Leadership, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Compliance.
Ensure clear communication within the project group and across sender-receiver sites, oversee precise project documentation, monitor project progress markers, harmonize financial and resource prerequisites, address potential challenges, and unify the project team toward the set objective.
University degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy preferred.
Minimum 5 years in GMP, focusing on manufacturing technology (liquids a plus), tech transfer, strategic projects, and product management in pharmaceuticals or related fields.
Background or education in process/construction engineering is a plus.
Additional hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality control, regulatory affairs or R&D
Competent with MS Office tools (Project, Word, Excel, etc.).
Skilled in clear, structured information presentation.
Accountable for meeting project milestones and budget.
Bilingual in German and English.
Open to international travel (up to 20%).
