Chief Marketing Officer

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Head of the Marketing, Medical Affairs, Strategic Projects and Licensing departments
  • Responsible for product and portfolio management, as well as marketing and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to employees and teams, with the goal of constantly motivating and driving them to excel
  • Increasing the global awareness of the company and measurably improving the company’s performance
  • Analyze customer communications, with the goal of implementing marketing strategies and activities, as well as maintaining and expanding the positive customer journey
  • Identify trends, market potential and evaluate market research results to derive customer needs as well as strategies for company growth
  • Annual licensing of new product groups and successful launch of products through creative marketing concepts
  • Creation and execution of trainings, events, conferences and workshops around the company and the products
  • Developing operational and strategic plans, budgets and KPIs and implementing the defined goals to continuously increase the global awareness of the company
  • Identify opportunities in the marketplace (e.g., acquisitions of existing product portfolios) to increase company success
  • Responsible for communication within the company to keep management and employees informed at all times

Ihr Hintergrund

  • Degree in business administration, with at least 5 years of experience in leading executives and international teams
  • Solid experience in organizational development, as well as with the management of projects (strategic and organizational)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, foods & nutrients, cosmetics, or similar industries
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing, licensing, product management, corporate communications, medical affairs on a national and international level with a proven track record of success
  • Motivating and empathetic leader with strong customer focus and excellent interaction skills
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a willingness to take risks to achieve business objectives
  • Self-reflective, forward-thinking personality with the motivation to always develop yourself and learn new things
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to formulate and implement goals and results in a clear, specific and measurable manner, as well as a strong solution orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, ideally also in French and/or Spanish
