Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Manage activities inside the pharmacovigilance and drug Safety team
  • Budget and administrative management of global drug safety and pharmacovigilance department
  • Assist with implementation of reconcilations and follow ups with internal and external partners
  • Database maintenance and contract management
  • Organization and coordination of internal meetings (expert meetings, boards, clinical safety meetings)
  • Pharmacovigilance vendor management
  • Assist Quality and compliance teams with preparation and review of PV-KPIs
  • Overview and support of pharmacovigilance QMS and SOP administration
  • Participate in projects in different GxP fields

Ihr Hintergrund

  • Higher educational degree in life sciences or comparable
  • Strong administration capabilities
  • Former experience in the pharmaceutical industries (involving medical, clinical, regulatory or drug safety)
  • Budgeting management experience (P&L)
  • First project management experience would be a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal
