Your responsibility

  • Collaborate with internal departments and the local sales force to achieve profitable growth and sales targets
  • Implementation of the global business strategy in the region
  • Monitoring and adjusting the sales strategy to achieve targets in the regions
  • Identifying, analyzing, and converting new markets and business opportunities into successful business cases
  • Ensuring the sales excellence of the local teams for the optimal marketing of products
  • Ongoing analysis and improvement of internal sales processes
  • Taking over the annual budget planning

Dein Hintergrund

  • Successfully completed university studies in the fields of pharmacy, healthcare, natural sciences or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or dietary supplements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
  • Forward-thinking business mindset and strong intercultural skills
  • Desire to proactively develop personally and be part of a strong team
