Regional Commercial Manager (Latin America)

Your responsibility

  • Collaborate with business units, local teams and the Regional Director to ensure profitable growth and achievement of sales targets
  • Lead, inspire and empower teams as a leader to build strong partnerships
  • Implement the business strategy in the region and successfully execute sales activities in different markets
  • Monitor and adjust action plans to achieve targets in consultation with the Regional Director
  • Identify, analyze and convert new markets and business opportunities into successful business cases
  • Foster collaboration with local teams and stakeholders through overseas assignments in the region
  • Ensure that local teams are familiar with the unique selling points of the brand and products and actively promote them
  • Interacting as a point of contact, link and role model between different departments and international business partners
  • Analyze, monitor and continuously improve internal processes to create access to cure, meet customer needs and ensure economic performance
  • Take responsibility for annual budget planning and compliance
  • Fostering value-adding collaboration with different cultures and people

Dein Hintergrund

  • Completed university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in the fields of pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, biology or business administration, international management or a similar qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales of pharmaceutical products or dietary supplements in demanding and dynamically growing markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly (approx. 30% of the time) to the regions (worldwide) and flexibility
  • Ability to formulate clear, specific and measurable results
  • Forward thinking and business acumen to approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner
  • Strong intercultural competence and empathy, developed through extended stays abroad
  • Independent and efficient approach to tasks and strong drive for self-improvement through high self-motivation
  • Strong service and sales orientation according to the principle „The customer is king“
  • Desire to proactively develop personally and be part of a strong team
