Your activities

Manage and oversee the operations and initiatives of the Product Management (Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices)
Aid in the management of product lifecycles
Generate and update extensive project records, plans, and summaries
Arrange projects into attainable tasks and uphold timelines
Allocate assignments to internal teams and aid in scheduling
Track project advancement and actively resolve any arising challenges
Serve as the main point of contact and relay project updates to all involved parties
Maintain strong connections with the Technical Operations & Services department and provide support to all customer-facing divisions within the Sales Organization

Your background

Completion of higher education (at the university level), preferably in Life or Natural Sciences or Business Administration
Ideally first experience in the pharmaceutical and/or scientific field.
Excellent organizational abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Skill in presenting information clearly and in a well-organized manner.
Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
Mindset focused on finding solutions and willingness to enhance and optimize the Product Management function.
Proficient in using MS Office software (Project, Word, Excel, etc.).
Possession of a Project Management certification such as PMP / PRINCE2 is advantageous.
Ability to work proficiently in English
German is preferable, but not necessary
