Your activities

You are the point of contact when it comes to LC-MS based methods.
Setting up LC-MS core facility (IT and analytical workflows, etc.) with focus on characterizing biopharmaceutical molecules
Close collaboration with project teams for a succuessful LC-MS analysis
Support the Teams as Subject Matter Expert or Project Leader in projects but also to acquire new clients
Lead and develop a team of 3-5 direct reports
In this interface role, you will work with various teams such as Business Development, Finance, Tech. Support etc.)

Your background

University degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering (bio)chemistry, or a related field
Expert-Knowledge in biopharmaceutical characterization by LC-MS
Solid experience with MS related softwares (e.g. UNIFI, MassLynx, PEAKS Studio, Byos)
Strong Project Management skills strong motivational and inter-personal skills
Ability to and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Significant experience in resource management, delegation, controlling, prioritization, risk management
