Your activities

Main point of contact for all IFRS matters and responsible for the preparation of all consolidated financial statements
Implementation of internal controls and contact person for external bodies (including auditors, and tax advisors)
Responsibility for the preparation of all required documents according to IFRS guidelines, including appendices, accounting memos, and other documents
Optimizing internal processes, analysis and implementation of new accounting regulations, and further development of accounting guidelines
Operational support of the finance department and evaluation of IFRS issues
Participation in strategic projects, the introduction or expansion of ERP/IT systems, and other special projects

Your background

University degree in the field of business administration or other economic sciences
At least 3 years of professional experience in finance or auditing and financial analysis
Strong knowledge of IFRS requirements and in-depth knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Confident handling of ERP systems, MS Office, GUV, cash flow, balance sheet and LucaNet
Structured, problem-solving, efficient and independent working style
Very good knowledge of the German and English language, both written and spoken
