  • Supporting the management in all administrative and organisational tasks
  • Planning and organisation of customer appointments, company events, visits to events and trade fairs
  • Travel and appointment planning (preparation and follow-up) for management
  • Professional internal and external correspondence in German and English
  • Contributing to the improvement of existing processes or the development of new processes
  • Contact person for the management team and external stakeholders
  • Taking on projects and special tasks
  • Management of office processes
  • Project coordination, management, supervision of various strategic projects in own area
  • Active support of management in sales initiatives


Your background

  • Completed university studies or comparable training with professional experience
  • Professional experience in office management and partner/executive assistance
  • Very good organisational skills with a structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
  • Quick perception and initiative
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team & service oriented person with passion for work
  • Friendly appearance, creative and motivated personality
